The Hilton precinct has undergone a significant transformation, evolving to include both the Hilton Hotel and Residences, alongside other key amenities. The initial phase of the Hilton Hotel was completed back in 2018 (see Hotels & Resorts), and it remains fully operational to this day. Following this success, the subsequent phase, encompassing the Hilton Residences, was launched in 2024, marking a new era of hospitality within the precinct.

Our team contributed expertise and support to construct the commercial kitchens, bars, restaurants, and rooms within the complex.
